ROCK CLIMBING TRIPS

WHAT IS ROCK CLIMBING?

Rock climbing involves ascending rock formations using a variety of techniques and equipment such as ropes, harnesses, and specialized climbing shoes.  Climbers use their physical strength, balance, and problem-solving skills to navigate terrain and reach the top of the climb.

Our Half Day Climbing trips are between 4 to 5 hours and are ideal for beginners or those limited on time.  Our Full Day Climbing trips are between 7 to 8 hours and are ideal for intermediate, and advanced rock climbers, or those looking for a longer outing.

Rock Climbing requires a certain level of physical fitness. Participants should have a moderate level of upper body and grip strength, as well as good balance and coordination. Endurance is also important, as guided climbs can take several hours to complete. Climbers should be comfortable with moderate physical exertion and able to navigate uneven terrain. While climbing experience is not required for guided climbs, a certain level of physical fitness and confidence is recommended to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
